About the Role: As an AML Officer , you will play a crucial role in safeguarding TransFi against financial crimes by implementing robust AML policies, monitoring transactions, and ensuring compliance with global regulations. If you have a keen eye for risk assessment and a strong understanding of financial compliance, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: 🔍 Develop, implement, and enhance AML policies and procedures to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements. 💼 Monitor transactions for suspicious activities and conduct thorough investigations. 📊 Prepare and submit AML reports, including Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs). ⚖️ Stay updated on regulatory developments and recommend necessary adjustments. 🤝 Collaborate with internal teams and external regulatory bodies on AML compliance matters. 📚 Conduct training and awareness programs on AML best practices. What We’re Looking For: ✅ Proven experience in AML compliance , risk management, or financial crime prevention. ✅ Strong understanding of global AML regulations (FATF, FinCEN, EU AML Directives, etc.). ✅ Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is a plus. ✅ Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. ✅ Ability to manage investigations and regulatory reporting effectively.
