About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and intellectually curious

Junior Analyst

to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in data analysis, business intelligence, and critical thinking. You will be responsible for interpreting data, generating insights, and supporting strategic initiatives across various business units.As a Junior Analyst, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, work with large datasets, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Extraction & Transformation:

Design, write, and maintain efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and prepare data from various sources for analysis and reporting purposes.

Reporting & Dashboarding:

Develop, automate, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Excel, Tableau, or other BI tools to monitor KPIs and performance metrics.

Data Analysis:

Apply statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends, detect anomalies, and provide recommendations based on data-driven evidence.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to gather business requirements, translate them into analytical deliverables, and present insights in a meaningful format.

Data Quality & Governance:

Support data validation, cleansing, and monitoring activities to ensure high data integrity and reliability.

Communication & Documentation:

Clearly document methodologies, assumptions, and results. Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences through reports, visualizations, and presentations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
2–3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
Strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning with a proven ability to work with complex datasets.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with ETL processes.
Solid working knowledge of Excel, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
High attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred/Bonus Skills

Exposure to scripting languages like Python or R for data analysis.
Experience with cloud platforms and tools (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
Prior experience in the financial services or fintech domain is advantageous.
Understanding of data modeling and warehousing concepts.
