Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality software using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native technologies.
• Develop scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized solutions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of code quality, reusability, and knowledge sharing.
• Follow secure coding standards to safeguard data and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Apply unit testing and CI/CD practices to ensure solution reliability and quality.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and actively contribute to internal engineering communities.
• Take ownership of delivery outcomes, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement within your domain.

Technical Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Proficient in Java 8/11 or higher
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and JPA
• Expertise in RESTful API development and Web Services
• Experience with message queueing systems such as

  Kafka

  or

  Solace PubSub+

• Solid experience with

  AWS

  services (e.g., Lambda, S3, CloudWatch)
• Working knowledge of

  Unix/Linux

  systems and shell scripting
• Experience with

  NoSQL

  and relational databases like

  Oracle

  ,

  SQL Server

  , or

  PostgreSQL

• Hands-on experience with

  Goldensource EDM

  platform
• Familiarity with multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning
• Proficiency with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Elasticsearch
• Familiarity with aPaaS/OpenShift and containerized deployments
• Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code (CloudFormation/Terraform)
• Understanding of MVC design patterns and secure software lifecycle best practices
