Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Surat. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The HR Manager will also handle the administration of compensation and benefits, manage employee records, and ensure the well-being of employees through effective employee engagement programs.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive roles
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification is a plus
