Human Resources Manager

• Recruitment and Selection : Managing the entire hiring process, from job posting and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
• Employee Relations : Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Training and Development : Identifying training needs, developing and implementing programs, and ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
• Performance Management : Implementing performance management systems, providing feedback, and supporting employee development.
• Compensation and Benefits : Developing and administering compensation and benefits packages that are competitive and align with company objectives.
• Compliance : Ensuring the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Strategic Planning : Working with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
