About Company -  DistanceEducationSchool.com is India based Portal that provides expert Counseling and Information to Students for various UGC and DEB Recognized Universities. The sole purpose is to connect Students and Working Professionals with Top Distance Education Universities for Higher Education in Distance mode thus bridging the gap between Student and Universities.


Company: Sode counseling ( distance education school)

Office Timing: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekend: 1st and 2nd Saturday off Sunday fixed off


About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving HR strategies, fostering an engaged and high-performance workforce, and ensuring alignment between organizational goals and people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:

     Design and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the organization’s overall business objectives.
  • Workforce Planning:

     Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast talent needs and support organizational growth through effective workforce planning.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:

     Ensure full compliance with employment laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks.
  • Employee Relations:

     Address employee concerns and manage conflict resolution, promoting a culture of transparency and fairness.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention:

     Develop and execute initiatives to drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, building a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

     Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring top-tier talent.
  • Performance Management:

     Lead performance management processes, setting clear expectations and supporting continuous feedback and development.
  • Learning & Development:

     Identify and implement training programs that foster employee growth and leadership development.
  • Compensation & Benefits:

     Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with market trends and support employee well-being.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics:

     Utilize HR metrics to track and report on key performance indicators such as turnover, hiring efficiency, and employee engagement.
  • Health & Safety:

     Ensure the workplace is compliant with health and safety standards, promoting a safe and secure environment for all employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 2.5 to 3 years of experience in a senior HR role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Expertise in HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational development.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations and drive talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous improvement.
