Job Description

Key Responsibilities – HR InternTalent Acquisition & Hiring: Support the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and assisting in the onboarding of new hires.Employee Engagement: Help plan and execute team-building activities, workshops, and engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.Onboarding & Orientation: Facilitate structured onboarding processes to help new employees integrate smoothly into the organization.HR Operations & Compliance: Assist with maintaining documentation, updating HR policies, and managing HR databases for efficient operations.Performance & Training Support: Contribute to tracking employee performance, coordinating training sessions, and collecting feedback.HR Analytics & Reporting: Compile and analyze data related to hiring trends, employee satisfaction, and retention metrics.Internship & Team Management: Work with various departments to ensure the effectiveness of internship programs and promote cross-functional team collaboration. Qualifications:Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Familiarity with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Internshala, or job portals is a plus.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HR software is a bonus. Internship Details:Duration: 6 monthsStipend: ₹5,000 per monthBenefits upon completion:Internship Completion CertificateLetter of Recommendation (LOR)Possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance
