We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive HR Interns to join our Human Resources department. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, data management, and policy implementation.

Eligibility:

• MBA students with HR as a major or minor (final or pre-final year)
• BBA students (final or pre-final year)

Duration:

• 6 months (extendable by another 6 months based on performance and organizational needs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support employee engagement initiatives and help coordinate training programs
• Maintain and update employee records and databases
• Assist with drafting HR policies, communications, and event planning
• Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and other tools

Mandatory Requirement:

• Must have their own laptop
• Good in communication skills

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage
• Previous experience in an HR internship role is preferred
