Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic Analyst / Sr. Analyst – Workday HCM professional to support, enhance, and drive operational efficiencies within the Human Resources function, specifically focusing on Recruitment or Compensation & Benefits modules. This role serves as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, translating business needs into technical configurations and supporting end-to-end HR process optimization. The position requires close collaboration with global HR teams, senior business leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders across our supported footprint. Key Responsibilities: Workday Configuration & Support: Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting module functionalities, including requisition creation, job postings, candidate lifecycle management, offer workflows, and onboarding processes. OR/AND configure and support Workday Compensation & Benefits , including HCM Core, calculated fields, Payroll, and Benefit modules with the ability to create complex Plan Eligibility and Compensation rules. Support advanced functionality within Advanced Compensation (good to have). Understand and apply Workday security domains , maintaining appropriate access and controls over business processes. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Recruiting, Compensation, or Learning modules, advising on system capabilities and process improvements. Project & Stakeholder Management: Lead functional initiatives and Workday projects, providing deep domain knowledge and acting as the liaison between HR and technical teams. Collaborate with internal clients to analyze requirements, identify process gaps, and deliver effective Workday solutions. Manage and resolve support tickets and operational issues efficiently, ensuring business continuity. Reporting & Analysis: Provide insights across modules (Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits) with an understanding of Workday reporting and inter-module data relationships. Develop, maintain, and optimize reports to support data-driven decision-making across HR functions. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience may be considered. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, specializing in either Recruiting or Compensation & Benefits modules. Proven expertise in Workday configuration, integrations, and process optimization . Experience with Workday security frameworks, calculated fields, and eligibility rule creation. Ability to manage both structured and fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and consultative skills.
