  • Paid on a weekly basis for 40 hours worked

Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years of experience with

    Adaptive Workdat

  • Based in India and available to work

    EST hours

  • Proven experience as both a

    system administrator and end user

    of Adaptive Workday
  • Strong background in

    Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience troubleshooting issues like:
  • Report pulling errors
  • Integration mismatches
  • System downtime


Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in the

    tech industry

  • Familiarity with

    Boomi

    or similar integration platforms


Day-to-Day:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Adaptive Workday System Administrator to support and maintain our financial planning systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strong FP&A background and hands-on experience with Adaptive Workday, both as a system administrator and end user. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, resolving issues, and supporting internal teams—especially during month-end close and reporting cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administration and support for Adaptive Workday
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including report generation and data discrepancies
  • Collaborate with internal Boomi teams to address integration dependencies and source system differences
  • Support month-end close processes and ensure timely data availability
  • Maintain system configurations, user access, and data integrity
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand and resolve issues
