The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and compliance to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new hires. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support payroll processing and attendance management in coordination with accounts. Address employee queries regarding HR policies, leaves, and benefits. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events. Ensure timely documentation and compliance with company policies and labor laws. Support performance appraisal processes and feedback collection. Collaborate with other departments to understand HR requirements and provide timely support. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in core HR functions, preferably in the IT industry. Basic knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. A proactive approach and eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
