Job Description

At Hari Chand Anand & Co., we believe that happy employees drive productivity and success. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support employee relations, operational processes, and documentation, helping our company run smoothly and grow efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in HR or related fields, with a strong understanding of HR operations and the ability to write SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). This role involves onboarding, basic HR administration, document management, and active coordination with internal teams. A strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills are essential.

Objectives of this Role

  • Assist in developing and implementing employee-related processes and procedures.
  • Manage and update employee data, HR documentation, and onboarding workflows.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leaves, and basic payroll coordination.
  • Write and maintain SOPs and internal process guidelines.
  • Improve data handling, process tracking, and HR workflow efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding including documentation, welcome kits, and orientation checklists.
  • Write and update SOPs for HR and operations processes.
  • Assist in managing HR files and maintaining compliance with documentation policies.
  • Support operational tasks including attendance management, leave tracking, and internal reporting.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and basic benefits.
  • Coordinate with payroll and admin departments as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data integrity in all HR records and interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, operations, or administrative support roles.
  • Ability to write clear and structured SOPs and process documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic HR software/tools.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and compliance basics.
  • Ability to multitask and support cross-functional teams in operational workflows.
