HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Payroll Management:

• Assist in monthly payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements
• Maintain payroll records and handle related documentation
• Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and reimbursements
• Coordinate with finance and accounts departments for payroll finalization

🔹 Recruitment:

• Post job advertisements on various platforms and screen incoming applications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support onboarding processes for new hires

🔹 Attendance & Leave Management:

• Monitor employee attendance using HRMS or attendance software
• Maintain leave records and ensure proper leave balance tracking
• Generate monthly attendance and leave reports
• Coordinate with department heads for attendance regularizaion.

Required Skiils & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in core HR operations
• Working knowledge of payroll systems and HRMS tools
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
