Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, implement HR policies, and handle various aspects of HR management. They will ensure compliance with company policies, maintain employee records, and support recruitment and performance management processes.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Experience in the media or communication industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
