Job Description

Plant HRBP role - HR Operations Conduct new employee induction and orientation programs. Organize and conduct exit interviews. Address employee grievances and respond to queries. Maintain employee MIS reports and manage personnel records. Coordinate annual and half-yearly employee health checkups. Create and manage the HR budget and monthly budget trackers. Employee Engagement Drive new initiatives to enhance employee engagement aligned with company culture. Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities. Promote participation in engagement activities through calendarization and motivation. Provide support for events like Biocon Annual Day and Annual Games/Sports. Conduct regular employee interactions to gauge engagement levels. Learning & Development (L&D) Identify training needs and ensure all employees receive a minimum of two man-days of training annually. Support timely completion of Performance Management Process (PMP) activities. Organize customized training programs based on training needs analysis to improve employee skills and efficiency. Employee Relations (ER) Conduct Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and floor walks to assess employee sentiment. Organize business meetings and team-building activities. Guide employees through the medical insurance claims process. Manpower Planning & Budgeting (MPP) Maintain site-wise and block-wise manpower data. Develop manpower budgets for new and existing projects. Plan and adjust Contract Labor (CL) requirements in line with business needs. Performance Management Process (PMP) Train new employees on goal setting and completion procedures. Provide guidance on the probation evaluation process. Ensure timely completion of PMP activities across the organization. Conduct PMP roadshows and provide support to employees and managers. Support assessment activities as part of the PMP cycle. Apprentice/Intern Management Guide managers on processes related to apprentices and interns. Support hiring of apprentices and interns. Ensure availability of apprentices/interns as backups where needed. Manage the conversion process for apprentices to full-time roles. Rewards & Recognition (R&R) Manage budgeting and procurement for R&R programs. Support Organizational Effectiveness (OE) in conducting R&R events. Encourage employee participation and motivation through R&R initiatives. Talent Acquisition Maintain MRF (Manpower Requisition Form) trackers and support the e-recruitment process. Assist in organizing and conducting interviews. Collect necessary documentation from selected candidates to facilitate offer letter release. Show more Show less
