Role & responsibilities 1. Coordination with various departments i.e. SSC, L&OD, Finance, Business teams on regular basis for the closure of various activities. 2. Responsible for communication of guidelines, processes and steps across departments & also administrative closures ex. F&F, PIP, Rewards, documentations etc. 3. Create NFAs for ex. Retention cases, support staff, trainings, Promotions etc. and take all approvals with consistent follow ups with the stakeholders. 4. Driving actions related to GPS 411, Training & Development and PMS in the Business along with other activities. # Ensure closure of 411, annul performance of all employees with status reports and execute Performance improvement letters, communication mailers etc. # Coordinate with BU Heads and Head of Function for the closure of PMS related actions and prepare the status reports as and when required. # Coordinate for Trainings and Development Programs with vendors and internal stakeholders for CNFA, PO, ENFA, Vendor Codes, Bill and advance payments through Nimble, SO etc. 5. Focus on Talent Acquisition # Identify and fill all vacant positions as per TAT. # Coordinate with SSC and TA team for closures and status updates. 6. Policies, Procedures, Systems and Practices 1. Update IHMH with the changes related to Transfers, Org Announcements, resignations etc. 2. Update employees related to Policies, process etc whenever asked. 3. Closure of Employee grievances/concerns as on when basis & provide inputs to the leaders to address the issues 4. Process Bills of Consultants tagged in Dubai or Canada etc. 7. HR Metric and Data management# Maintain 100% accurate Data -management of all employees across all platforms. # Ensure that HRMIS is on time as per the requirement of management & share reports with the concerns periodically or as per requirement. # Maintain approved Work Force Plan & Org structure Nos/Org Charts etc. 8. Travel to Regions as and when required.
