As we expand our digital footprint, we’re seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creative Growth Marketing Manager to lead both organic social and paid digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing (Organic & Strategy):
● Lead the planning, creation, and execution of engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
● Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaign objectives and brand tone
● Grow and manage the brand’s online community by fostering engagement, responding to messages/comments, and tracking sentiment
● Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and vendors for photo/video assets
● Monitor trends in luxury travel, lifestyle, and digital storytelling to keep our content fresh and relevant
Performance Marketing (PPC & Paid Ads):
● Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn ● Set up audience targeting and retargeting strategies to drive high-quality leads and bookings
● Monitor key campaign metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPA, conversion rate) and improve ROI
● Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to maximize performance
● Analyze traffic and funnel behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
● Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices across the website and blog
● Work closely with content and web development teams to ensure SEO-friendly content, structure, and technical performance
Email Marketing:
● Develop and manage targeted email campaigns for lead nurturing, promotions, and retention
● Build and segment email lists to improve open rates and user engagement
● Analyze email performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate, unsubscribe rate) and optimize future campaigns accordingly
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
● 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing (including both SMM and PPC campaigns)
● Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social scheduling tools
● Strong communication skills with a blend of creativity and analytical thinking
● Prior experience in luxury, travel, lifestyle, or hospitality industries is a strong plus
