Growth Marketing Manager

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading user acquisition (both paid and organic) and retention strategies across various online channels. Your role will involve developing strategic plans to drive profitable growth, managing acquisition campaigns, optimizing channels and audiences, leading conversion rate optimization efforts, and utilizing analytics to understand user behavior. Key Responsibilities: - Develop strategic customer acquisition and retention plans to drive profitable growth. - Create and manage acquisition campaigns across multiple channels such as Apple Search Ads, app store optimization, paid social, SEO, email marketing, and more. - Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages, visual assets, and copy. - Lead conversion rate optimization efforts to improve user engagement and retention. - Utilize Google Analytics and internal reporting systems to gain insights into user behavior and apply them in marketing campaigns. Minimum Qualifications: - Passionate about working for a social cause and impacting the lives of disadvantaged children globally. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing digital marketing strategies for startups. - Proven track record of creating successful paid acquisition campaigns, particularly with Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads. - Demonstrated success in organic app store optimization in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. - Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills. - Ability to create visual assets that align with brand positioning and aesthetic sensibilities.,
