As we scale, we’re looking for a results-oriented, strategic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and help shape our customer acquisition strategy from the ground up.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Drive B2B sales with a focus on corporate travel and group bookings
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Lead and support the sales team in day-to-day operations
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve offerings
  • Track and report performance using CRM tools and analytics



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience (travel or hospitality sector preferred)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms
  • Passion for the travel industry
