The Role: Brand & Growth Manager We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Brand & Growth Manager to be the driving force behind Esvee Atelier's digital presence, content narrative, and strategic partnerships. This pivotal role will serve as the brand's chief storyteller and custodian, responsible for shaping our online identity, engaging our discerning audience, and generating qualified leads through innovative marketing and business development initiatives. You will be instrumental in translating Esvee's unique brand ethos into compelling digital experiences, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, design, and conscious living. Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Content Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive marketing and content strategy aligned with Esvee Atelier's brand identity, business objectives, and target audience. Define and refine Esvee's unique brand voice and visual aesthetic across all digital platforms. Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Content Creation & Execution: Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of innovative social media campaigns (e.g., "Whispers of Worth," "The Unveiled Essence," "Curated Contemplation," "The Artisan's Confidant"). Develop and write compelling, high-quality content for social media posts, blog articles, website copy, newsletters, and other digital assets. Oversee the creation of visual content (photography, videography, graphic design), providing clear creative direction to internal designers and freelance graphic designers to ensure all assets are on-brand and aesthetically exceptional. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives. Digital Platform Management & Lead Generation: Strategically manage and optimize Esvee Atelier's presence on key digital platforms, including Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and our website/blog. Implement strategies to drive organic reach, engagement, and cultivate a highly targeted, qualified lead pipeline for the sales team. Monitor digital performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization. Business Development & Collaborations: Identify, research, and initiate contact with potential strategic partners, including interior designers, architects, luxury lifestyle brands, and relevant media outlets. Negotiate and manage mutually beneficial collaborations that enhance brand visibility, credibility, and generate new business opportunities. Represent Esvee Atelier professionally in external engagements and networking events. Brand Custodianship: Act as the ultimate guardian of the Esvee Atelier brand, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all internal and external communications. Educate internal teams and external partners on brand guidelines and values. What We're Looking For: Experience: 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in a multi-faceted role encompassing marketing strategy, content creation/management, and business development. Proven track record of conceiving and executing successful social media campaigns that have driven brand awareness, engagement, and qualified lead generation. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in content writing for digital platforms (social media, blogs, website) and/or a clear ability to develop and execute content strategies. Experience working within or a deep understanding of the luxury, high-end design, artisanal furniture, art, or premium lifestyle sectors is highly preferred. Prior experience in initiating and managing strategic brand collaborations. Experience providing creative direction to designers and managing external creative resources. Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a sophisticated, evocative writing style. Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, capable of translating insights into actionable plans. Highly creative with a strong aesthetic sense, aligned with Esvee Atelier's design philosophy. Proficiency in social media management tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
