Full-Stack Web Developer (Remote)

Location: Fully Remote (India)

Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time/Contract/Intern

Experience Level: Mid-Level (2-5 years of hands-on experience)

Compensation: ₹7 LPA base + ₹2 LPA performance bonus

We're looking for a developer with solid mid-level expertise - someone who can independently architect solutions while still growing their skills. Our ideal candidate has moved beyond junior-level work but thrives in an environment where they can continue advancing their capabilities.

The ideal candidate can be a university student, recent graduate, contractor or a full-time employee, however, they should have previous part-time or full-time work experience, have a well composed github profile or personal portfolio, be able to prove their technical capabilities and knowledge on web development and commitment to the role.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven knowledge and experience on developing a web application end-to-end

• 2 years of work or internship as a full-stack developer experience

• Ability to work with monitoring tool and commitment to 9 to 6 working hours

• Proven AWS and Docker experience in production environments

• Self-starter who thrives in early-stage startup environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Passion for AI/LLMs and their real-world applications

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end development of scalable web applications (frontend + backend)
• Design and maintain responsive front-end interfaces (React.js/Next.js/Vue.js)
• Build and optimize back-end APIs (Node.js/Python/Django) with focus on performance
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) into production-grade applications
• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments
• Administer and optimize AWS cloud environment (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless testing and deployment
• Ability to implement security best practices

Tech Stack Requirements:Frontend:

• Strong proficiency in Next.js (or similar frameworks like React.js/Vue)
• Showcaseable personal portfolio.
• Experience with state management (Redux/Zustand) and modern CSS (Tailwind/SASS)
• Familiarity with TypeScript

Backend:

• Expertise in Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Python (Django/FastAPI)
• Database design and administration capaility (PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Firebase)
• RESTful/GraphQL API development

DevOps & Cloud:

• Proficient in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFront, IAM)
• Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CDK) knowledge is bonus

Bonus Skills:

• Hybrid Flutter/Dart mobile application development capability

• Experience with LLM integration (OpenAI API, LangChain, etc.)
• AI/ML prototyping experience

Compensation & Benefits:

• ₹7 lakhs base salary + ₹2 lakhs performance-based bonus (58,350 INR per month, 50k INR bonus per successful quarter)
