Role Overview: We are looking for an Extremely Strong Senior Full Stack Developer (React.js + Python) to join our fast-paced development team. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in architecting, designing, and implementing scalable, high-performance web applications. You will work closely with the Founding Team, AI/ML engineers, and product designers to transform ambitious ideas into real-world solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of end-to-end web applications using React.js and Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask). Collaborate in system architecture and contribute to product roadmap and technical decisions. Build responsive, secure, and high-performance UIs and backend APIs for AI-driven applications. Integrate with third-party APIs, databases, and machine learning models. Optimize application for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code. Mentor junior developers and contribute to a high-performance engineering culture. Help establish best practices for deployment (CI/CD), testing, and development processes Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of experience in full stack development with solid command of: Frontend: React.js, Redux/Context, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs Backend: Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask) Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and API architecture. Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks. Excellent debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment. Exposure to AI/ML workflows or integration. Ability to generate code with AI agents is huge plus. Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems. Prior contributions to stealth or early-stage product development.
