Frappe/ERPNext Developer

Are you a passionate Frappe/ERPNext Developer with 2-3 years of experience ready to make a significant impact? We're looking for someone who will be working as a dedicated employee in our client's place, representing Tridots tech. Expertly design, develop, and maintain Frappe and ERPNext applications, turning business requirements into scalable, high-performing, and secure solutions. You'll be a key player in customizing and extending our ERPNext ecosystem.

Your Contribution Will Include:

• Driving the development and customization of Frappe/ERPNext applications.
• Crafting custom modules, insightful reports, and dynamic dashboards.
• Writing clean, efficient, and scalable Python code.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Seamlessly integrating ERPNext with external applications and APIs.
• Optimizing database performance and proactively resolving issues.
• Upholding the highest standards of security, data integrity, and coding best practices.
• Providing essential technical support, clear documentation, and user training.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on Frappe and ERPNext development.
• Technical Mastery: Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, with a solid grasp of server-side scripting, API integration, and RESTful services.
• Front-End Savvy: Skilled in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript frameworks.
• ERPNext Expertise: Deep knowledge of ERPNext’s architecture, workflows, and data models, plus hands-on experience customizing and deploying its modules and reports.
• Infrastructure Familiarity: Comfortable with Linux servers, Docker, and cloud platforms.
• Problem Solver: Exceptional problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
• Team Player: Ability to excel both independently and within a collaborative team.
• Language - English, Tamil, Hindi

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Git version control.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
