Job Title: Finance Head & Business Partner to MD

Pre-Operations (Setup Phase):

Support the setup of the company’s financial infrastructure, including ERP and accounting systems.

Manage all financial compliance requirements during company incorporation, registration, and licensing processes.

Post-Operations (Launch & Growth Phase):

Lead and oversee all core finance functions, including Accounting, Treasury, Taxation, Banking, and Audits.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Develop and implement robust costing models and pricing strategies for the protein product portfolio.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the business.

Serve as a strategic financial advisor to the Managing Director, contributing to key business decisions.

Design, implement, and manage SOPs and internal controls in line with industry best practices.

Liaise with external auditors, banking partners, and government/regulatory bodies as required.

Strategic & Commercial Focus:

Provide strategic product pricing recommendations based on detailed cost analysis and market trends.

Analyze market dynamics and support the MD with data-driven insights for commercial planning.

Prepare and present comprehensive MIS reports and performance dashboards to track business progress.

Assist with fundraising activities, investor engagement, and financial due diligence when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience.

• Prior experience in FMCG, Food, Nutrition, or Pharma sectors will be a strong advantage.

• Strong understanding of cost accounting, pricing models, and financial analytics.

• Experience in leading audits, managing banking relationships, and treasury operations.

• Strong commercial acumen and a collaborative approach to work.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
