Role Overview As a Sourcing Specialist, you’ll source top-quality raw materials for our nutrition products, manage suppliers, and keep costs low. We’re looking for a high-quality, high-vibration individual who brings positivity, strong values, and a vibe that matches our dynamic company culture. Key Responsibilities Source the highest quality ingredients (e.g., proteins, vitamins, packaging) from reliable suppliers. Negotiate supplier contracts to save 8-10% on costs. Ensure materials meet strict quality and regulatory standards (e.g., FSSAI). Collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery of supplies. Monitor supplier performance and suggest cost-saving ideas. Plan to avoid supply chain delays. Requirements Experience : 7-10 years in sourcing or procurement, ideally in health, nutrition, or FMCG. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain. MBA or certifications (e.g., CIPS) are a plus. Skills : Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Familiarity with procurement tools and Excel. Excellent communication and teamwork. Knowledge of nutrition industry standards is a bonus. Personal Qualities : High-vibration, positive attitude that aligns with Protein World’s energetic culture.
