Join our fast-growing international team and play a key role in expanding our presence across Latin America and other international markets. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Qualification (LATAM Focus): - Identify potential clients and partners across Latin America using multiple channels—LinkedIn, directories, industry forums, and events. Pre-qualify leads and initiate meaningful conversations. Client Communication & Relationship Management: - Engage with international clients and distributors via email, phone, and video meetings. Handle inquiries, provide product information, and maintain regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Export Order Processing & Documentation Coordination: - Collaborate with internal teams to manage export documentation, quotations, proforma invoices, and regulatory paperwork. Ensure smooth coordination from order placement to shipment. Strategic Support to Director – International Business: - Work closely with the Director to prepare reports, proposals, and market entry strategies. Provide timely inputs on client requirements and competition analysis. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: - Conduct deep-dive research into target markets, analyze competitors, track industry trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions. Sales & Marketing Support: - Contribute to the development of promotional materials, digital campaigns, and region-specific marketing initiatives. Assist in planning international exhibitions, webinars, and outreach programs. Qualifications and Pre-Requisites: Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus but not mandatory. Experience: - 1–3 years of experience in international sales, export marketing, or business development. Prior exposure to the medical device industry or Latin American markets will be highly preferred.
