Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive business assessments to evaluate current systems and processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for transformation.
  • Design and propose innovative, data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives to enhance customer experience (Cx), operational efficiency, effectiveness, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, including scope definition, timeline management, resource allocation, and milestone tracking, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), with a strong understanding of market-leading RPA tools and capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams (RPA, Analytics, and other solution areas) to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of proposed solutions.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and identify areas for continuous improvement. Understanding of Python, R or Minitab will be an added advantage.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders using tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Good understanding of visualization technologies including PowerBI, Tableau etc.
  • Proficient in conducting Cost-Benefit Analysis and quantifying business benefits to support strategic decision-making.
  • Experienced in leading and mentoring Lean and Six Sigma projects; Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
  • Act as a change agent to drive successful adoption and implementation of transformation initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on business operations.
  • Champion enterprise-wide adoption of advanced tools and methodologies by articulating clear business cases and value propositions to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Solid understanding and exposure to cutting-edge technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Conversational AI, and Agentic AI systems.
