Job Description

Conduct comprehensive business assessments to evaluate current systems and processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for transformation.
Design and propose innovative, data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives to enhance customer experience (Cx), operational efficiency, effectiveness, and revenue growth.
Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, including scope definition, timeline management, resource allocation, and milestone tracking, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrated expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), with a strong understanding of market-leading RPA tools and capabilities.
Collaborate closely with technical teams (RPA, Analytics, and other solution areas) to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of proposed solutions.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and identify areas for continuous improvement. Understanding of Python, R or Minitab will be an added advantage.
Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders using tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Good understanding of visualization technologies including PowerBI, Tableau etc.
Proficient in conducting Cost-Benefit Analysis and quantifying business benefits to support strategic decision-making.
Experienced in leading and mentoring Lean and Six Sigma projects; Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
Act as a change agent to drive successful adoption and implementation of transformation initiatives.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on business operations.
Champion enterprise-wide adoption of advanced tools and methodologies by articulating clear business cases and value propositions to internal and client stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external clients.
Solid understanding and exposure to cutting-edge technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Conversational AI, and Agentic AI systems.
