Job Description: Mechanical Designer Designation: Mechanical Designer Experience: 2-3 Years Salary CTC: ₹5 LPA to ₹5.5 LPA Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Company Overview: MaxVolt Energy Industries Pvt. Design and Development: ● Create detailed mechanical designs and drawings for lithium battery components and systems using CAD software. ● Develop and maintain technical documentation for designs, including assembly instructions, part specifications, and design change notices. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet quality, performance, and cost targets. 2. Prototyping and Testing: ● Assist in the prototyping of new products and components. ● Conduct testing and validation of mechanical designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications. ● Analyze test results and implement design improvements based on feedback and performance data. 3. Project Management: ● Participate in project planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion of design projects. ● Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components as needed. ● Track and report project progress to senior management and stakeholders. 4. Quality Assurance: ● Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. ● Perform quality checks on incoming materials and components. ● Implement and maintain quality control processes within the design and manufacturing stages. 5. Collaboration and Communication: ● Work closely with other engineers, production teams, and clients to understand requirements and deliver optimal design solutions. ● Provide technical support and guidance to production teams during the manufacturing process. ● Communicate design concepts and modifications effectively to all relevant parties. 6. Continuous Improvement: ● Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical design and battery technology. ● Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance design efficiency and product performance. ● Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications and skills: ● Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. ● 2-3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within the battery or electronics manufacturing industry. Key Skills for Senior Mechanical Designer ● Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX Card, Ansys, cattia) ● Lithium Battery Design Proficiency: ● Thermal Management Expertise: ● Vibration and Shock Resistance Design: ● Material Selection and Optimization: ● Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: Maxvolt Energy Industries Pvt.
