Eqvista is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our innovative team. As a leader in equity management and valuation services, we are dedicated to transforming how businesses manage their cap tables and financial data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights that inform business strategies.
• Utilize SQL and other data manipulation tools to manage and query large datasets.
• Develop interactive data visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI to present findings clearly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, correlations, and predictions that support business objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing analytical findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity through rigorous data cleaning and validation processes.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R Programming for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, including regression analysis and predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with ETL processes for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in financial analysis or working with valuation services is a plus.
