Job Summary:

The D365 F&O Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end technical solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). This role involves hands-on development and system integration to ensure successful implementations of solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design:

  Architect scalable and robust technical solutions within the D365 F&O platform based on business requirements and industry best practices.

• Integration:

  Design, code and manage integrations between D365 F&O and third-party systems (e.g., CRM, payroll, legacy systems) using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, REST/SOAP APIs.

• Custom Development:

  Deliver custom solutions using X++, C#, and .NET as needed, while adhering to Microsoft development standards and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).

• Code Quality:

  Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, performance best practices, and security guidelines.

• Performance Optimization:

  Analyze system performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks, optimizing code and configurations for improved efficiency.

• Release Management:

  Coordinate code deployment using Azure DevOps, manage version control, and support CI/CD pipelines.

• Troubleshooting:

  Evaluate and resolve build and release issues.

• Documentation:

  Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all customizations, interfaces, and configurations.

Technical Tasks:

• Develop custom features using

• Build and maintain

  Data Entities

  for integrations and data migrations.
• Create

  custom workflows, batch jobs, and business events

• Set up and configure

  Dev/Test/Prod environments

  , manage LCS (Lifecycle Services), and perform environment refreshes.
• Handle setup of

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O technical implementations.
• Deep hands-on experience in

• Microsoft certification(s) in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Solution Architect Expert preferred).
• Strong experience with integrations, customization, and performance tuning.
