Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive



Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty

• Handle inquiries and complaints with empathy and urgency, ensuring timely resolution

• Share insights, performance updates, and application usage reports with clients regularly

• Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with internal teams—Sales, IT, Backend Support—for seamless customer experience

• Work closely with stakeholders to align application activities with client goals

• Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze customer behavior and usage patterns using data to identify gaps and opportunities

• Create and present monthly reports on customer feedback, application usage, and process improvements

• CRM Operations

• Manage and maintain accurate customer databases ensuring data integrity and security

• Monitor and improve CRM workflows and service processes to maintain high-quality standards

• On-Ground Engagement

• Be open to travel across client locations within India for audits, reviews, and implementation support



Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in CRM, Customer Support, or as a Team Leader / AM / Manager in BPO

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook)

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Strong team coordination and stakeholder engagement capabilities

• Detail-oriented with a sharp problem-solving mindset



Industry Experience (Good to Have):

• BPO / ITES

• SaaS / Application-Based Services

• Customer Lifecycle Management
