About the Role

CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers after booking.
• Handle all post-sales processes, including documents, agreements, and payments.
• Coordinate with customers for documentation needed for registration and home loans.
• Liaise with banks and NBFCs for loan documentation, approval, and disbursement.
• Send demand letters, reminders, and receipts based on construction progress.
• Maintain organised records of all customer files and documents.
• Work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Project teams for smooth coordination.
• Generate and update MIS reports related to CRM and loans.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and on time.
• Ensure all tasks comply with RERA and company policies.
  

Requirements

• 5 to 15 years of CRM experience in the Real Estate industry (mandatory).

• Hands-on experience in handling real estate documents, agreements, and loan follow-ups.
• Knowledge of

  In4Suite

  CRM software is a must.
• Proficient in

  MS Office

  (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills in

  English and Telugu/Hindi

  .
• Must be organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with

  banks/NBFCs

  for real estate loan disbursement.
• Understanding of

  RERA

  regulations and builder-buyer agreements.
• Graduate in

  Commerce, Business Administration, Finance

  , or related fields.
