Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Quality Head to lead and manage the quality function in our captive factory, specializing in T-shirts and other knitwear products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards across all production stages, ensuring compliance with buyer requirements and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities 1. Quality Assurance & Control Develop and implement robust quality control systems for fabric, trims, and garment production. Ensure that all production processes adhere to industry and customer quality standards. Conduct regular quality audits at various stages—cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing. 2. Factory Compliance & Certifications Ensure factory compliance with international quality standards such as AQL, ISO, and buyer-specific requirements. Work closely with external auditors and certification bodies to maintain factory approvals. Train and educate factory staff on quality control protocols and compliance measures. 3. Defect Prevention & Process Improvement Identify recurring quality issues and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
