Role Overview We are looking for a Head of Engineering / Chief Technology Officer (CTO) —a rare blend of backend architect , hands-on developer , and Generative AI expert . You’ll own the tech roadmap, lead the development of a scalable platform infrastructure, and build cutting-edge AI products including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent-based systems that will power personalization and discovery at scale. You won’t just be building tech—you’ll be shaping the future of executive intelligence and engagement.
