We’re seeking a Business & Operations Manager to act as the operational backbone of the company and the strategic right hand to the founder. You’ll oversee e-commerce operations, vendor management, analytics, financial tracking, and omni-channel planning and expansion, helping scale the business from launch to growth across India and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

D2C Operations & Execution

• Oversee the Shopify backend (product setup, inventory, discounts, order flows)
• Coordinate with our 3PL partner (e.g., WareIQ) on fulfillment, returns, and SLA compliance
• Develop and maintain SOPs, vendor SLAs, and operational processes documentation

Analytics & Performance Monitoring

• Design and maintain a comprehensive performance dashboard (ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, AOV, contribution margin)
• Aggregate and analyze data from Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify Analytics, and influencer campaigns
• Provide data-driven recommendations to internal teams and media partners

Financial Oversight & Strategic Operations

• Monitor marketing spend, revenue performance, product margins, and cash burn
• Maintain a live P&L statement in coordination with the finance team or external accountant
• Assist with forecasting, breakeven analysis, and investor communication materials

Vendor & Project Management

• Act as the primary liaison with agencies, influencers, design, and logistics teams
• Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure cross-functional execution
• Represent the founder during operational reviews and internal meetings

Growth & Channel Expansion

• Research new channel opportunities (Amazon, Nykaa, retail) and build entry strategies
• Analyze competitor pricing/margin frameworks and adjust channel strategy accordingly
• Monitor channel performance and recommend scale or withdrawal

Customer Experience & Feedback Analysis

• Implement post-purchase survey systems, review collection, and NPS tracking
• Analyze customer insights to identify patterns and collaborate with teams to drive improvements

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–5 years’ experience in D2C, eCommerce, or rapidly scaling consumer startups
• Proficiency with Shopify, Google Sheets, Meta Ads Manager, and basic analytics tools
• Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking key business metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, AOV, P&L
• Excellent verbal and written communication, coupled with proactive ownership
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and execute with precision
