Business Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end business operations across inventory, logistics, vendor management, customer experience, and cross-functional coordination. This role ensures smooth execution of operational processes to support sales growth, inventory control, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational goals and productivity in line with BU objectives.
• Manage internal stock transfers, inventory utilization, reconciliation, and returns.
• Handle global shipment orders, CIF calculations, and backlog reporting.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and purchase teams to resolve supply chain issues.
• Address vendor concerns, pricing approvals, and contract management.
• Provide operations insights to strategic plans and ensure audit readiness.
• Maintain strong inter-departmental relationships and a healthy work environment.
• Lead and manage vendor relationships and regional SPOC escalations.
• Highlight aging stock, billing delays, and unresolved operational issues.

Requirements:

• Graduate (Mandatory), Postgraduate (Preferred)
• 15–20 years of relevant experience in business operations
• Strong in planning, analytics, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in inventory and vendor management, imports handling, and operational controls
• Team management experience essential; entrepreneurial mindset preferred
