Our projects span residential, commercial, hospitality, and public spaces. We're looking for a driven and people-oriented Business Development Manager to grow and manage client relationships and expand our reach. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Act as the first point of contact for all new inquiries. Answer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally. Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients by providing regular updates and support. Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Follow up on leads, nurture them, and convert them into confirmed projects. Maintain and update CRM and lead tracking tools. Outreach & Engagement: Develop outreach strategies to target potential clients (email campaigns, calls, follow-ups). Represent Urbanmistrii in client meetings and networking events. Understand client needs and communicate them clearly to the design team. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on lead status, conversions, and client feedback. Analyze trends and suggest improvements to the business development process. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in handling client conversations and negotiations. Proactive, organized, and self-motivated. Background in architecture, interior design, or related creative industries is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
