Position: Senior Architect Location: South Delhi, India Company: Urbanmistrii Experience: 4-8 Years About Urbanmistrii: Urbanmistrii is a dynamic architecture studio based in South Delhi, dedicated to crafting innovative and sustainable design solutions. With a collaborative team and a design-forward approach, we specialize in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Architect to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and elevate our design practice. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring projects align with the client’s vision and Urbanmistrii’s design philosophy. Develop and oversee architectural drawings, including Combined Services Drawings (CSD), HVAC, Fire Alarm System (FAS), Plumbing and Sanitary (PAS), and False Ceiling plans. Conduct detailed site visits, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project progression. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects, assisting in skill development and technical knowledge. Oversee the preparation of 3D models, visualizations, and presentation materials for client meetings. Conduct rigorous design reviews, including Vastu considerations, FAR calculations, and compliance with building bylaws. Ensure project deliverables meet high-quality standards, including lighting, electrical, and structural design. Collaborate with the management team to plan project timelines, resources, and budgets. Stay updated with architectural trends, materials, and sustainable practices to drive innovation in designs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. 8+ years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.). Strong knowledge of building codes, bylaws, and construction practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and client relationships. Experience with technical tests, including plagiarism checks, model authenticity verification, and area calculations. What We Offer: A collaborative and supportive work environment.
