Role 1: Should have 5+ years of experience in IT/SAP sales or business development with Services Business Background ( SAP Partners Community or ERP Sales) Minimum 3+years of proven experience in SAP sales success in South Region - Own end-to-end sales for SAP solutions including RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, AMS, Upgrades, Conversions/Migrations, SuccessFactors, SAC, and BTP. Deep understanding of SAPs solution, licensing, and service ecosystem Role 2: Should have 5+years of experience in Devops/Digital Tranformation/Web Application/Artificial Intelligence/IT Product Sales and Services Identify, Pursue, and Acquire new clients in need of IT services such as software development, web/mobile applications, cloud solutions, and IT consulting. Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close business deals. Required Skills: Hunter mindset with excellent communication and consultative selling skills Candidate should have strong skills in self-generating pipeline. Prospect, qualify, and close deals — with a strong focus on new logo acquisition. Execute effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level decision-makers in mid to large enterprises. Create proposals, pitch presentations, and detailed project scopes tailored to client needs. Maintain a pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools and regularly report progress to senior leadership . Will be responsible for the Business Development activities and manage the entire Sales Cycle (Lead Generation to Closures and Collections). Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in business development. Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Clear understanding of Sales / Pre-sales / Negotiations skills will be very important. Handle objections and overcome obstacles to secure new business opportunities. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Strong communication skills both verbal and written for client interaction. Strong understanding of technology and digital transformation trends. Self-motivation with ability to work well under pressure, with minimal supervision and maintain high standards and attention to detail.
