Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our dynamic advertising and production house team. The Business Development Associate is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and driving the business aspects of the agency's advertising operations. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our operations, ensuring efficient workflow, fostering client relationships, and driving the growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Lead Generation Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and industry events. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Business Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute business strategies in alignment with company goals to drive growth and profitability. Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients to expand the company's reach. Sales Pitching & Presentations Understand client requirements and present tailored marketing solutions. Create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements and contracts. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contractual agreements. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and maintain open communication to understand their needs and concerns. Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient resource allocation. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and expense control measures to achieve financial targets. Analyze financial reports and data to make informed decisions for cost optimization and revenue enhancement. Collaboration & Coordination with Internal Team Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that enhance the company's brand visibility and positioning. Set performance expectations, conduct regular brand performance reviews, and support professional development initiatives. Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to identify potential opportunities and threats. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
