Job Title - Business Development Manager – Fintech & BFSI (Extended Warranty / Affinity Solutions) Work Location: U.S Complex, Adjacent to Jasola Apollo Metro Station, Mathura Road, New Delhi-110076 Background of the Role: We @ Infinity Assurance specialize in Warranty Service Administration, Extended Warranty, Accidental Damage Protection and a wide range of service products under our own brand “ Infyshield .” Our offerings cover Mobile Phones, Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, IT Equipment, Office Automation, AV Solutions, Classroom and Conference Room Technologies, Kitchen Appliances and more. Infinity Assurance is a leading provider of extended warranty and value-added services in the Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances sector. As the fintech landscape rapidly evolves and financial services increasingly converge with consumer protection products, there is a growing opportunity to embed extended warranty offerings into BFSI and fintech ecosystems . This role is created to build and expand strategic alliances with fintech companies, NBFCs, digital payment platforms, and insurance players, enabling the bundling or cross-sell of extended warranty solutions. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives that place Infinity Assurance’s offerings at the heart of new-age digital financial journeys, driving incremental revenue and deeper consumer penetration. Responsibilities Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and onboard fintech firms, NBFCs, digital lenders, insurance aggregators, and neo-banks as distribution partners for extended warranty products. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored for BFSI and fintech segments to meet and exceed sales targets. Account Management: Own and nurture key partner relationships, ensuring seamless integration, product alignment, and long-term growth. Product Customization: Collaborate with the product team to tailor extended warranty offerings and pricing for BFSI partners’ customer bases and platforms. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, product, tech, and marketing teams to operationalize partnerships efficiently. Sales Enablement: Support partners with training, marketing assets, and campaign ideas to boost adoption and sales of warranty products. Performance Tracking: Regularly analyze partner performance, forecast sales, and present reports to leadership on key KPIs and ROI. Requirements Graduate in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred. Minimum 3 years in business development, strategic partnerships, with same / similar target clients Proven track record in BFSI/fintech ecosystem, preferably in selling financial services, digital insurance or embedded protection plans. Strong understanding of the consumer electronics, home appliance, or consumer durable industry is a plus. Familiarity with extended warranty or after-sales protection products is desired Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills. Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making. Self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Comfort working with CRM tools and sales dashboards.
