  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, sales presentations, and RFP responses to key decision-makers to drive deal closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales strategies and optimize conversion of qualified leads.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing, finalize contracts, and ensure timely closure to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage and update sales pipeline in CRM, track activities, and generate regular performance reports for stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within IT services or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

  • Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Sales or digital marketing certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads).
