Position Overview:

The Business Development Executive will drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and market expansion for our screening solution. You’ll work closely with the founders, contributing to growth initiatives while gaining unmatched exposure in the healthcare industry sales and marketing strategy.


Key Responsibilities


1. Lead Management and Pipeline Development

● Identify & qualify leads from preschools, pediatric hospitals, and child development centers.

● Maintain a structured CRM pipeline and track conversion metrics.

● Develop & execute outreach strategies (calls, emails, in-person meetings).


2. Sales Support and Strategy

● Support end-to-end sales cycles, including demos, presentations, and follow-ups.

● Assist in crafting sales materials, proposals, and customized decks.

● Align sales and marketing campaigns with effective coordination.


3. Customer Relationship Management

● Ensure outstanding service through regular follow-up and relationship nurturing.

● Act as liaison between clients and internal teams.


4. Data and Performance Analytics

● Track and analyze lead performance and sales metrics.

● Create performance dashboards and reports for the leadership team.


5. Strategic Growth Initiatives

● Collaborate on market expansion initiatives.

● Explore new opportunities in untapped geographies or partner segments.

Who We’re Looking For Education:

MBA/BBA/ B.Tech in Engineering/ Psychology majors or equivalent with relevant experience (Sales/Marketing/Business Dev).

Skills:

● Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Note: You will be tested for it, among other things.


● Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools (training provided)

● Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
