Reporting & Dashboarding Create, manage, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for key business and growth metrics. Maintain dashboards to track performance across various growth channels and customer lifecycle stages. Data Analysis & Insights Analyze data from marketing, product, sales, and operations to uncover trends, anomalies, and areas of improvement. Deliver actionable insights and present findings in a clear and structured manner to cross-functional stakeholders. Growth Initiatives Collaborate with the Growth Manager to evaluate and improve current campaigns, funnels, and user journeys. Support A/B testing and other growth experiments by analyzing pre/post data and suggesting optimization strategies. Strategic Support Contribute to business planning by forecasting key metrics and assessing the impact of strategic initiatives. Monitor competitive trends and benchmark Furlenco's performance against industry standards. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business analytics, growth analytics, or performance marketing analytics. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and convert it into meaningful insights. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
