You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather, and synthesize information to contribute to key decisions and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather requirements effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter BA.- Strong understanding of business process analysis.- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Knowledge of Agile methodologies for project management. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter BA.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
