For more information, please visit https : //www.btranz.com Job Description Role : Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant Experience : 4 - 9 Years Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office) Notice Period : Immediate Joiners / 30 Days (Serving Notice) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through the full lifecycle of Oracle SCM implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities Lead and participate in full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Conduct workshops and interact with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into Oracle Fusion SCM functionalities. Configure and optimize various Oracle Fusion SCM modules to meet client business requirements. Develop functional design documents (FDDs) and other project documentation. Perform system testing (SIT, UAT) and support data migration activities. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the Oracle Fusion SCM system. Collaborate effectively with technical teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion SCM modules, providing ongoing support and enhancements. Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Oracle Fusion SCM. Mandatory Skills Oracle SCM, Fusion, or Oracle Cloud : Demonstrated expertise in Oracle's Supply Chain Management suite, specifically within the Fusion or Cloud environment. Implementation and Rollouts : Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle SCM implementation projects and rollouts. Inventory Management : Strong functional knowledge of inventory management processes, including item master, inventory organizations, subinventories, and transactions. Procurement : In-depth understanding of procurement processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, and supplier management. Order Management : Hands-on experience with order-to-cash cycles, sales orders, shipping, and fulfillment. Lifecycle Management : Familiarity with product lifecycle management concepts and their application within Oracle SCM. Manufacturing : Knowledge of discrete and process manufacturing functionalities within Oracle SCM. Supply Chain Planning : Experience with planning modules like demand planning, supply planning, and sales and operations planning. Supplier Portal & Supplier Life Cycle Management : Understanding of supplier collaboration, onboarding, and performance management. Costing : Proficiency in costing methods and their configuration in Oracle SCM. Logistics & Warehouse Management : Knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics, shipping, and warehouse operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 to 9 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion/Cloud. Demonstrable experience in multiple full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
