As the Branch Manager, pivotal in strategizing sales, enhancing customer experiences, and managing local branch operations, making their role increasingly vital for business growth and customer satisfaction. The Branch Sales Manager plays a significant role in steering the sales team towards achieving the set targets and enhancing the overall performance of the branch.
· Decision-making authority regarding sales strategies and customer engagements within the assigned branch.
· Authorization to negotiate and finalize sales contracts within approved guidelines.

· Manages account assignments to the Systems and Equipment sales team to ensure secured sales performance to plan
· Responsible for top-line growth of revenue meeting growth objectives around gross margin
· Practices performance management by setting clear goals, investing personal time in employee development, actively coaching
· Increases market penetration in local Systems business by securing new customers and expanding the scope of the existing customer base with owner, architectural engineer and mechanical consultants and contractor accounts
· Analyzes the market and current business performance
· Partners with other branch leaders to maximize local territory account management consistent with Business strategic direction
· Participates as the management team representative on strategically important key accounts
· Owns and manages the sales staffing plan for the assigned local geography
