A two-wheeler sales manager is responsible for leading a sales team to achieve sales targets, managing dealer networks, and expanding market share for two-wheeler vehicles within a specific region or territory. They develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with dealers, and analyze market trends to optimize sales performance.   • Sales Target Achievement:Driving sales revenue and market share within the assigned territory or dealer network.
  • Sales Team Management:Leading, motivating, and training a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Dealer Network Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers, onboarding new dealers, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Sales Strategy Development:Creating and implementing effective sales plans, strategies, and promotional activities to drive sales growth.
  • Market Analysis:Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Ensuring excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns, and building brand loyalty.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Tracking sales performance, analyzing key metrics, and generating reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Documentation:Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to sales and documentation.
