Job Description

Job Title: AWS DevOps Engineer

Location: Hyderabad, Ranchi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer with a strong background in deploying and managing full-stack applications (Java, React, Angular, WordPress) and distributed/AI applications in production environments. You will architect and maintain scalable, secure, and automated DevOps pipelines and infrastructure for a range of technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and maintain cloud-native infrastructure on AWS for Java-based backends, React/Angular frontends, WordPress sites, and AI/ML applications.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multi-language apps using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.
Deploy and manage ElasticSearch clusters for logging, search, and analytics at scale.
Set up and manage Dockerized and container-based workloads using ECS, EKS, or Fargate.
Support AI/ML model deployment pipelines using S3, Lambda, SageMaker, or custom APIs.
Optimize cloud usage and monitor performance, availability, and security across environments.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
Work with development teams to implement DevOps best practices, enforce coding standards, and streamline delivery processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience with AWS cloud platform.
Proven experience deploying and maintaining:
Java Spring Boot applications
React & Angular frontend apps
WordPress (including plugins, themes, DB optimization)
Distributed applications (microservices, APIs)
ElasticSearch clusters in production
AI/ML applications (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or AWS SageMaker)
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
Proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, or other IaC tools.
Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes (EKS preferred) or ECS.
Experience with Linux administration, shell scripting, and automation.
Familiarity with monitoring & logging tools like CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus, or DataDog.

Nice to Have:

AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect Associate).
Experience with CloudFront, WAF, Route 53, and multi-region deployments.
Familiarity with AI pipeline automation, model versioning, and MLOps practices.
Experience managing WordPress multisite networks and headless WP setups.
Understanding of security best practices, IAM policies, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
