About Innovation And Technology Centre (ITC)
Our Innovation and Technology Centre specializes in creating modular solutions to meet clients' specific needs. As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement digital products, platforms, and tools specifically designed for research, analytics, and data management domains. We are at the forefront of technological advancements, and our AI efforts rely on our larger platform called AI for Research and Analytics (AIRA).
What You Will Be Doing At Evalueserve
- Strong Business Tech Communication (Spoken and Verbal)
- Understanding of Cloud Based Application deployment, especially in the Microsoft Azure space
- Comprehensive understanding of ITSM and Agile Framework
- Strong hands-on experience in application deployment architecture and execution
- At least 2-3 years of experience in handling RFP/RFI etc
- Experience with Captive Bank, Insurance or AMC will be preferred
- Strong Understanding of the technical documentation and delivery processes
- Provide managerial and tech leadership to professional services engagement
- Ability to influence technical discussions and decisions
- Understand business requirements and validate them from the technical standpoint
- Ability to assess bright talent, plans resource allocations to development and presales initiatives
- Be a coach/mentor to team to deliver high-quality solutions
What Are We Looking At
- At least a bachelor’s / master`s degree with 14+ years of experience
- Should have experience in data management, programming, systems analysis, and technology architectures
- Front-end Framework – Angular 6 and higher / Bootstrap; Back-end Framework - ASP.NET Core, JSON, XML, HTML5, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL Server, SOAP/REST APIs
- Strong Understanding of RDBMS & NOSQL DB design and Optimization
- Good knowledge of AKS based Microservices on Microsoft Azure Cloud
- Experience on APIM, Caching, Database Design, Database Optimization, Data Engineering will be added advantage
- Fundamental / Academic understanding of Python, AI/ML algorithmic and Generative AI technology
- Experience in agile framework like Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile
- Experience in conducting daily standup, planning, monitoring and control
- Risks/issues planning, identification and resolution
- Delivering on time with quality and within budget
- Experience in governance and status reviews of projects
- Escalation on time with the right forum
- Strong Soft skills (Oral & Written)
